As part of my time at Four Seasons Rancho Encantado, the pastry team and I created this gingerbread holiday house, designed by the architects Mark Chalom and Betty Tsosie. Credit also goes to the line cooks for enduring the playlists that formed the soundtrack to the house’s creation, as well as the maintenance team at Rancho Encantado.

Home is a place to gather, and every creation is a village effort.
